You're installing it to your "one drive".  The templates must be installed to your document library on your main Hard drive,

    Hi  Glen !

The problem is  at i cant  choose  where to install. That is  Installer  pointing   to One Drive. I have   tested to disable  One drive  and even delete a One  Drive  ,  but installer  pointing to that absolute path you see on attached .png file.

Its  seems  at  i don't have  any control off  Logo Creator  installer .

Please  assist with more  information how to solve  that problem , this  is  my second day where i'm trying to solve this  issue.

    Best Regards

    Windows 10

    1. Select the Start button, type Programs in the search box, and then select Add or remove programs in the list of results.
    2. Under Apps & features, find and select Microsoft OneDrive, and then select Uninstall. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

You might find this a bit easier:
      1. Press Win + R shortcut keys on your keyboard to open the Run dialog.
      2. If you are running Windows 10 x64, enter the following in the Run box:
JUST COPY AND THE LINE BELOW

        %SystemRoot%\SysWOW64\OneDriveSetup.exe /uninstall

Major recent windows updates have change the look of some of the interfaces seen when viewing your various settings.

    Hi Glenn !

Thats  was  a  first which i have  done  before   reinstalling  of  my  OS.  Now  i have  reinstalled  my OS  again  :)  , with only "Local storage "  without  "Online  storage"  that means  without One Drive  , and tried  to install Logo Creator 7  with admin privileges  , and result  is  the  same .

Please  check attached  .png file and try to compare  these   with prvious  image.  The strange  thing with   Installer is a self  "absolute path "  with backslashes  , thats  feels  as  Installer is totaly corrupt  or  product are  not  folowing  a  new  updates  on Windows 10..

Can you  please  assist  , or is there  more pepole  with this issue ?

    Best Regards
    / Alem

Yes, over the years, many have had this issue, with a clean install of an OS (there really is no reason for you to keep reinstalling your OS)  the default permissions for the main doc library are somewhat restricted.

right mouse click  on the main doc library folder, select properties, select security just give every group or user name full control

If you're the only user it's not a big deal.

I actually had to do just this a few months when I bought a new computer.

One more thing, just a suggestion- don't do it if you are not comfortable with it:

Turn off your antivirus software during the installation:

1.turn off / pause your antivirus software
    2. Install the main Laughingbird program (as you have been attempting).

If the main program installs completely you know the anti virus software was the issue.

Installation of the main program should just take a few seconds.

    3. Don't forget to turn your anti virus software back on.

    Hello Alem.
    Nice to hear from you.

I think I can fix this for you.

    Download this, and install it:

    https://www.laughingbirdsoftware.com/free-design-software-download/

I'm not sure why the installer is forcing you to install into you "Onedrive"

But try installing from the link above.
If you get the same error message, try this:

Right click over the installer and select "Run as Administrator"

see if this works for you.
If it does, try installing the logo templates again.

If not, write me back and we'll continue

    Marc
