Hi Marc I still cannot access ….its been 2 months now and its costing me $18 AU per month due to the exchange currency . I was billed again a week ago and want to cancel . If I get a refund for the last couple of months I will stay or Im going to cancel my subscription . Im happy to put the refund towards the Sep -t October access and then start paying again in Nov. I would also like to ask you how to get my purchased packages on to my Laughingbird software . It appears the software is not working as it should . I have downloaded 7.2.9 and it appears to have problems . It shows templates I have previously bought a long time ago and none of them are in the software plus not sure how to get the extra packages I have paid for . Please can you let me know how I can get this all functioning …..I have included my PayPal subscription …an image of my software and the purchased packages . My invoice for the web creator shows I cancelled but have had my PayPal billed since April Thanks Susie Pitt

as far as I can tell, you are not paying any monthly subscriptions for it. You have the 'lifetime' version.
You had sent me a screenshot of your monthly payment, so you must be listed under two accounts. I can't find the monthly account. Send me the eMail address you used and I'll hit the refund button and I'll cancel the subscription for you
