I cant access the cloud version
Why not? Just not coming up? Bad password? What? Need a little more information.
If your login is simply not working, make sure you use the same email you used to purchase your access, then try the forgot password option.
Once I log in I get this message

Did you try the Forget Password option?
If you did, and got nothing, then you'll have to wait for Marc or Lisa to check your account and get back to you. Hopefully it won't be too long.
