    I purchased access today and have logged in but the "loading page" animated graphic simply keeps turning. I've tried refreshing, with the same results. I can't access the software.

    Hi Ron,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. Need a little more information.

    Are you on a PC or MAC? What operating system? What browser are you using?

    The program was created for Chrome. that's always your best choice. If that doesn't work either, try opening an Incognito window and see if it loads. If that doesn't work and you have another browser, you might try it. Firefox seems to be having issues right now but I use Opera with no problems. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your computer. Might also try disabling your internet security, just temporary to see if it loads.

    WGC is an on-line app so if it works for one, it'll work for all. Has to be something with your computer or your internet connection.

    Let us know if any of these options help. The more information you can post for Marc, the better he'll be able to track down your problem.

    Hi....

    I'm on a PC, running Windows 10 64-bit. I tried it only with FireFox and Chrome, with the result being the same in both browsers. I tried two separate reboots, to no avail.

    I am on HughesNet, a satellite connection, and while it's not as energetic as the cable I ad, prior to us relocating to the country, I figured this being in the cloud would present no issues, since it does hold it's on on significant downloads.

    I'm going to try again, in the morning, when traffic seems to be the best, at least for me.

    Hi Marc....

    Well, evidently it is my internet connection that was the culprit. I got up this morning and "waltzed" right into the program, almost instantly. It's just a few hours each, day (in the evening time), that I have to deal with this and even though it can be the pits at the time, I, too, wanted this to work.
