I get a "Trial has ended" message when I am trying to load the app.
I tried using the link provided in the support article.
There is no form when I scroll down.

You are correct! Marc has been making changes to the website and it looks like something was left out. I'm sure he'll fix it up when he sees this!
In the meantime, let me see if I can explain this. There actually is no real 'Trial' any more. The software you have is the full version! What's happening is that you have no Laughingbird Template sets installed so the software 'thinks' that you don't want to keep using it. What you need to do is install at least 1 Laughingbird Template set and that message will go away.
