    Hi! I am hoping you can assist me.
    I can't seem to get logged into my account where I have the annual membership of your programs. I am hoping you can help me get logged in to access my products.

    I just tried changing my password, but it didn't help me to get logged in. This is the message I receive after logging in here: https://www.webgraphicscreator.com/dashboard/

    I seem to have two accounts? One for my annual membership and one for the products that I purchased prior to that...

    One more thing please....I was just rebilled in May 2019 and had not seen an email that come in prior to the rebill about applying for lifetime access to the products. It appears that link is still live (How to upgrade your account to lifetime access | The Web Graphics Creator) and I am wondering if I could still partake of that offer in the future since I just was rebilled for the year?

    I appreciate any assistance you can help me with in getting logged back into my account.

    Hi Lynn,

    Marc will make this all right when he sees it. He and Lisa are the only ones that can access your account information to do so. Sorry you'll have to wait a little bit.

    Next, if you purchased products from Laughingbird for TC7, and then purchased WGC, you may only have 1 account but you will have 2 log ins. The log in for WGC is separate. Marc will figure that out for you though.

    Last, the Lifetime access offer is still on I believe. So I'm sure Marc will fix that up for you too. Just give him some time to catch up with all the tickets and I'm sure he'll take care of you. Sorry again that I can't. Hopefully it won't be too long.

    Nice to hear from you.

    I've fixed everything.

    You had a subscription for $120 / year. but we're currently offering a lifetime price of $97.
    SO, I've refunded you $23 - and I've set your account to 'lifetime'  (look for a new welcome letter in your eMail shortly)

    You should be able to login again

    (oh, and I've cancelled the subscription too so you won't be billed any longer)
