I already have Creator 7, Design Pack, Peoples Pack and Comic Elements Pack installed on my PC. Today, I have tried to install the software on my laptop, also running Windows 7 Ultimate, so that I can work on my logos while at work.
Your member area said to download the free software first, then my purchased packs from my member area. Which I did.
Unfortunately, I just cannot get it to work correctly. After multiple install attempts I am getting an 'Entry Point Not Found' error on launch. The error states, 'The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll'
I have to click on 'Ok' three times before the error disappears. The Creator then launches but says it cannot connect to the internet. Also, the only template set available is Logo Templates v2, none of my other sets that I have purchased. Also, I cannot open any of my templates that I have already created. They are there in File Explorer, just not visible to Creator.
Do you have any ideas what is going wrong?
Now, I'm not even able to get that far. On installing, I get 'Creating Directory' error. I have attached a screenshot.

Your issue is a "sytem issue"
Run the SFC (System File Checker) scan on the computer to fix the system file errors on the computer. To run SFC scan, follow the steps:Open an elevated command prompt. To do this,
i. Click Start ,
ii. click All Programs ,
iii. click Accessories , right-click Command Prompt ,
iv. And then click Run as administrator.
v. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow or Continue.
vi. At the prompt, type sfc /scannow and hit enter. Once the scan is complete, restart the computer for the changes to take effectDo that, then install the software: Program first, then add on sets. ABOUT YOUR TEMPLATES YOU CREATED:Make a new folder IN YOUR LOGO LIBRARIES directory. Copy and paste all your old templates into that new directory. That does two things: It make it easier for you to locate them and it will show you the thumbnails of the templates. IF YOU GO THE FILE/OPEN TEMPLATE ROUTE from within the program: Only navigate as far as the template folder you want to open, then select that folder.
