Created an ebook cover from template. Changed only the text. Saved. Took a 3D book template and dragged the saved image on to it. Downloaded the finished ebook and the resolution is very poor. Everything is blurry. I thought using only your supplied templates would result in a better image. How can I fix this?

Hi there Bill!Nice to hear from you.
hmmm, yeah, that's not great quality.
Usually, what you see on the canvas is how the final image should look (when you hit the 'download button' it basically takes a screenshot of the canvas and converts it all to a .png image)
I'm super confused as to why it's so low quality.
I DO notice that the floorboards are sharp and clear.
Can you send me the original cover image? let me try on my end

The original cover image is in my account. I created it from one of the cover templates. Nothing outside of the software except the logo in the top corner.
P.S. I did have to download the cover to my desktop and drag it to the mockup. I couldn't figure out how to drag an image from my account files over to the 3D book cover.
Hi Marc, Happy 4th! Here is the latest cover image made from a template (only text changed). See what you come up with when you drag it into a 3D book template.

Well, I played around a bit with your original cover image.
To me - it all came out exactly as I had hoped.
i've attached 4 images here - take a look at them and let me know if they look blurry on your end.if not, I'm trying to figure out why they're blurry on your end Keep me posted!

They look fine. Beats me on why they were blurry on my end. I have the Creator 7 and a few of the image packages and have never run into a resolution problem.
Thanks for taking the time to look at this.
