    Hello I ve been trying to get a usefull response but I haven't been able to, I sent another eçemail a couple of weeks ago asking for help 

    im unable to use my software and I desperately need it 

    The response I goy was regarding my password which I have NOT lost

    the issue I have is this one 


    FIRST  the pop up cookie when opening the app told me my free trial was over... IM SORRY but I recall  already paying  to use it, any way I clicked on the more info button and they   asked me to purchase one of your elements or design packs which event thou I don't need them I did.


    but even when I dragged the new folder  to the the elements folder THE APP  STILL DOESNT WORK

    ive re downloaded the trial to see if it works but 
    SAME STORY 


    please ANSWER ME ASAP I really need to use The Creator

    Nice to hear from you.

    hmmmm, you mention that you've been trying to reach me?

    This - the help support / ticket area is the BEST place to do it.
    Have you written here before? Or did you send an eMail?

    You can visit this page to login to your member area:

    https://www.laughingbirdsoftware.com/members/login/

    Download the software you had purchased. Install it. Then that error message will go away.
    The popup window is telling you that your trial has ended. The software thinks you're still using the trial version because you haven't installed any purchased software

    Install it, then that message will go away.

    You mentioned that you have 'dragged the new folder to the elements folder'

    which one did you try? (make sure you install the template sets as well!)

    hello Marc thank you so much for your answer I was sending e mails but finally I've reached you through here, I will use this medium always, now. 

    I already downloaded again the app but now we have 2 problems , the newest is that in my members profile  I have 3 items in MY CONTENT which are 

    THE SCENERY CREATOR

    THE DESIGN ELEMENTS PAK 

    THE GRAPHICS CREATOR BUNDLE

     But when I try to access them nothing happens, im just re directed to the same link,

    my other question is where do I download the TEMPLATE SET? , I can't find it. 

    again I just had  the creator re installed in my computer

    Got you fixed. Sorry for the broken link.
    Can you try again?

    FIRST - Check your eMail. I've added a new template pack to your account (hopefully, this will make up for your troubles)

    Doing this, I had to change your password. So look at the new 'welcome letter' that you were just sent, it contains a new password. Login and see if everything downloads okay for you
