Thanks for getting back to me, but do I need to purchase the lifetime subscription after I've just paid more than the lifetime subscription for an annual licence or am I misunderstanding something? Surely as I've just made my annual subscription, my account could be transferred over without any further payment being required (especially as I've already paid you more than I would have for the lifetime licence)? Please advise, as the link implies that I should purchase the product again when I have just paid the annual subscription renewal this month...

How about I do this.
I'll refund you the $23 (you paid $120 but the lifetime price is currently $97) and I'll set your account up so that it'll expire in the year 9999
If that works for you, I'll do this
It'll be easier than cancelling and setting up a new account
