After I installed the creator7, I realized...

    I had to reinstalll the creator7 because my laptop totally crashed.  So I reinstalled it and realized something along the way.  

    1. There is no more Zendesk support portal so I guess I lost all support history.
    I had LOGO creator installation issue back in 2016.  There is only YouTube channel design software I can see...

    2. I do not see LOGO CREATOR in the new software gallery.  I am now looking for the receipt.  What if I can not find it, do I need to buy it again??

    PS.  I also had Facebook cover design templates.   It seems like I lost some items since new portal launched...

    No problem. I found your older account.

    I've just reset everything for you, and I've updated you to the new version of The Creator7 smile.png

    Check your eMail for a welcome letter.

    You'll now have access to 4 template sets (over 300 templates to play with)
