I have sent several emails, called the "1-800-333-0000" phone number on the invoice(which goes to a Law Office that has never heard of you) because I am being billed for a service I canceled and bought the lifetime version but still being billed.
I am VERY upset and ready to file complaints with BBB and AG offices if this doesnt get fixed and I get a REAL person to contact me.
I am very unhappy!

Also, I have NO phone number. No 800 number and certainly not the number you've mentioned in your eMail.

Truly Tim. I'm not out to scam or rip anybody off. I've been in business with happy customers for 17 years.
So, something's up and I'd like to correct it.
In the meantime, I've cancelled your $17/month subscriptions and I've refunded the payment that just came out.
